Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Kamamky mobile application (the "App"), operated by SiMPLE IT, s. r. o. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the App. The App is intended for parents and guardians; it is not directed at children, and children may not create their own accounts.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may only create and maintain one account, using your real identity — see "Profile verification" below. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

3. Community Guidelines

Kamamky exists to help parents find real, supportive connections nearby. To keep the App safe and welcoming, everyone agrees to follow these guidelines. They apply everywhere you can post something: your profile, direct messages, meetup chat, and group posts.

3.1 Safety and child protection (highest priority)

  • Protecting children comes first: Do not post photos in which children are clearly recognisable without you present, undressed (including at the beach or in the bath), or in other sensitive situations.
  • Do not post photos of other people's children without those parents' consent.
  • Never share the exact address, nursery, school, or regular schedule of where your child can be found.

Profile verification: Every profile must be genuine. Using a fake identity, fabricated photos, or a profile impersonating someone else is prohibited.

Privacy stays in the App: Sharing other users' messages, photos, or personal information outside the App without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Atmosphere and mutual respect

A judgment-free place: Every parent does what they believe is best for their child. Whether it's about birth choices, breastfeeding or formula feeding, sleep training, diet, or returning to work — we respect different choices and lifestyles. Only give unsolicited advice when the other person explicitly asks for it.

Zero tolerance for intolerance: Any expression of hatred, bullying, insults, discrimination, or passive aggression will result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Commercial activity and spam

No selling or MLM: The App is not a platform for offering financial products, cosmetics, or supplements, or for recruiting people into multi-level-marketing schemes. Unsolicited commercial messages (spam) are not allowed, in direct messages and in group feeds alike.

Marketplace only where provided: Personal giveaways or sales of used children's clothing/equipment are only permitted in a section specifically designated for that purpose, if the App offers one.

3.4 Conflict resolution and reporting

Use the "Report" button: If you come across an inappropriate profile, behaviour, or suspicious person, use the in-app reporting feature immediately.

Right to decline: Every user has the right to end a conversation without giving a reason. Not respecting someone's decision to decline is considered harassment.

Blocking has limits worth knowing: Blocking someone stops them from messaging you, but it does not currently hide you from them in the parents grid, in groups, or in meetups. If someone behaves in a way that goes beyond unwanted messages, report them as well as blocking them — reports reach us, blocks do not.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you post in the App ("User Content") — your profile and photos, direct messages, meetup chat, group posts, and a group's header photo. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App's features to you and, where relevant, to other users (e.g. your profile photos being visible to other parents). You are solely responsible for the User Content you post and confirm that you have the right to share it, including any necessary consent from other people who appear in it (see "Community Guidelines" above regarding children).

5. Prohibited conduct

In addition to the Community Guidelines above, you agree not to:

  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes someone else's rights;
  • use the App to advertise, solicit, or conduct any commercial activity not expressly permitted;
  • scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect information about other users beyond normal use of the App's features, including by automated means;
  • attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems.

6. Reporting, enforcement, and account termination

We may investigate reported content or behaviour and, at our discretion, remove content, warn a user, or suspend or permanently terminate an account that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines — without prior notice where safety is at risk. You may stop using the App, or request deletion of your account, at any time by contacting us at info@kamamky.app (see also our Privacy Policy for how we handle account-deletion requests).

7. Third-party content and services

The App may show content or links from third parties, such as partner businesses, deals, or meetups created by other users. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, offers, or services; your interactions with them are solely between you and that third party.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that you will find matches, friends, or specific outcomes through the App, and we do not vet every user beyond the profile-verification measures described above. Use your own judgement when meeting other users, especially in person, and take reasonable precautions (e.g. meeting in public places).

Meetups are created and run by users, not by us, so we cannot guarantee that any meetup will take place as described.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiMPLE IT, s. r. o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or your interactions with other users, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including Slovak consumer-protection law).

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA. If you are a consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Contact us
