Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. Our commitment

Kamamky (the "App"), operated by SiMPLE IT, s. r. o., is a community app for parents and guardians. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of minors, sextortion, and child trafficking. This page sets out our published child safety standards and applies to every part of the App where content can be shared: profiles, direct messages, meetup chat, and group posts.

2. What is strictly prohibited

The following is prohibited on Kamamky and results in immediate and permanent account termination:

  • Any content that depicts, promotes, or sexualises the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, including CSAM in any form (photos, videos, drawings, text, or links).
  • Sexualised photos or descriptions of children or minors, including seemingly innocent photos shared in a sexual context.
  • Grooming: contacting or befriending a child, or a child's parent, in order to sexually abuse or exploit the child.
  • Soliciting, requesting, trading, or sharing sexual content involving minors, including attempts to obtain it off-platform.
  • Sextortion, child trafficking, or any other form of child exploitation.
  • Using the App to find, track, or approach children, or to share a child's exact address, school, nursery, or regular schedule.

These rules are part of our Terms of Use (section 3, Community Guidelines, and section 5, Prohibited conduct).

3. Who can use Kamamky

Kamamky is intended for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years old, and children may not create accounts. The App is not directed at children.

4. How to report a concern

  • In the App, use the "Report" button on any profile, message, or post to report inappropriate content or behaviour.
  • You can also email us directly at info@kamamky.app with the subject "Child safety". Please include as much detail as you can, such as the username and where you saw the content.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Please do not forward or re-share suspected CSAM in your report; a description and the username are sufficient.

5. How we respond

  • We review reports and, where they concern child safety, treat them as the highest priority.
  • We remove content that violates these standards and permanently terminate the accounts responsible.
  • We report CSAM and other child exploitation to the competent law-enforcement authorities and relevant child-protection organisations, as required by applicable law, and we cooperate with their investigations.
  • We preserve the information required by law to support such investigations.

6. Compliance with the law

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including the laws of the Slovak Republic and the European Union.

7. Child safety contact

Our designated point of contact for child safety matters, including requests from authorities, is:
